Strategic Project Delivery & Governance


Job Description
For the Central Team of Generali Global Corporate & Commercial (GC&C), we are looking for a Strategic Project Delivery & Governance specialist to join our Operations & IT team. You will be the focal point for GC&C Central Team on Strategic Project Delivery & Governance responsibilities and tasks working between CT, Head Office, UK operations, local operations.

Main responsabilities:

  • Structure, scope and support the delivery of strategic, cross-BU business and transformation projects
  • As part of 2025-2027 key priority will be to focus on e2e process optimization in key business unites, identifying key efficiency levers, to allow centralization of key post bind processes on AGORA and identify value destroyers on post bind systems to address with priority. Closely collaborate with countries, local, global IT and Group IT, under guidance of global BRM & PM team
  • Design target business processes for Post Bind IT platform
  • Support GC&C CEO and GC&C Management Committees in definition of strategic framework, alignment on strategic priorities & key business decisions and implementation progress tracking of strategic initiative
  • Jointly with HR, manage the overall global GC&C governance framework working with Compliance and Audit functions

  • Project management skills
  • Insurance technical skills
  • Process mapping & process optimization experience – e.g., agile methodologies
  • Fluency in English
  • Relationship and negotiation skills – evolution in a matrix environment
  • Availability to travel
  • Ability to build relationships at central team and local level
  • +3/4 years of experience in PMO or related field
