😎 Who We Are Looking For:

An innovator with a start-up mentality, ready to take on a business development role that involves significant client engagement and data analysis.

👉 Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with top multinational clients and publicly traded companies (e.g., Accenture, Generali, Siemens Energy).
  • Analyze data and develop strategies to maximize the value generated by our platform and community.
  • Oversee business development for clients in our portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the delivery and sales teams to accelerate the startup’s growth and value creation.

👉 Who You Are:

  • Degree in engineering is a plus; degrees in economics, management, HR, or related fields are highly valued.
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, account management, or sales.
  • Highly proactive with strong strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Personal initiative and responsibility from day one.
  • Fluent in Italian
