What you will do
As Service Planner Intern, you will have the opportunity to get a 360° overview by managing an end-to-end process. You will become accountable and manage autonomously your daily workload in a highly dynamic and agile work environment.
Specifically, you will support the manager in the following activities:
– Planning the delivery of spare parts form HQ to branches;
– Handle incoming orders;
– Support in development and testing SAP system;
– Reporting and Analysis;
– Monitoring supplier order portfolio situation
– Support introduction of new supplier portal
– Update ETA (estimated time of arrival) information for spare parts in shortage;
– Update and monitor weekly situation of supplier delays;
What you need to succeed
Student or neo graduate in Engineering, Economics or similar fields
Fluent in both Italian and English (written, spoken and by phone).
Excellent knowledge of Office Package (in particular Excel and Power Point)
We offer a 6 months paid internship
800 euro, company computer, company canteen, smart working.
