Role and Responsibilities

Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety management systems:

  • Drafting of procedures, operating instructions, forms and registers to support the processes.
  • Activities related to obtaining and maintaining ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 certificates and anything else required by the international standards.

Corporate HSE

  • Support the Employer, RSPP, Doctor in ensuring that the DVR, Health Protocol and Health and Safety training plan are compliant with the operational context.
  • Enroll employees in safety courses according to the risk level of the job and monitor their validity.
  • Support Employer and RSPP in verifying compliance with legal requirements in relation to physical assets (offices, plants, etc.);
  • Carry out inspections in workplaces (offices and plants) to verify the presence of immediate risks and coordinate risk removal/reduction actions.
  • Ensure proper waste management in the industrial sector by cooperating with specialists in the sector.
  • Verify compliance with environmental protection regulations.
  • Promote continuous improvement.

Issues Quality in the project

  • · Support the technical functions in conducting the processes in accordance with the QHSE management system (design input, review, verification, validation, etc.).
  • · Actively participate in the validation process of new suppliers, in the monitoring of their performance and in updating the “vendor rating”.
  • · Support managers in defining the most appropriate KPIs for their needs.
  • · Cooperating with the various technical functions, draw up the quality control plans of the order.
  • · Where necessary, assist contractors and technical functions in the quality control phases (reports, inspections, checklists).
  • · Prepare the order quality book with all the operational records.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in scientific matters or management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the role, preferably at least 1 within the Equipment Manufacturers/EPC Contractors operating in Renewable, Oil&Gas, Petrochemical or Power Generation markets.
  • Besides Italian, fluency in professional English.
  • A genuine interest in clean technologies and energy transition.
