Project Management Office– Digital Transformation Internship


Job Description

Within the Group Chief Transformation Officer we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team.
He or she will deal in particular with the roll-out phase of a strategic initiative (Communities of Practice) and other relevant topics for the development of the new strategic plan.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Support the Head of function activities with a focus (not exclusive) on the Communities of Practice and other projects in terms of Project Management Office (PMO) activities (Meeting document support by power-point presentations and organization event/engagement-comunication plan)
  • Foster the use of the technological platform among the members of Communities (0365/teams)
  • Monitor the development of Communities and KPI reporting
  • Support transformation projects and all current activities as needed


  • Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • University degree in Engineering/business administration/economics or similar
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) and Italian
  • Digital native
  • Advanced use of MS Office (powerpoint, excel, word)
  • Ability to work in an international and inclusive environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong team player
