What you will do

Responsible to delivery new products or development programs on time, cost and quality.

Manages cross-functional teams through the global development phase and/or regional execution projects.

Takes projects from original concept through final implementation.

Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports based on project scope and objectives.

Applies knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements

  • Project Scope
  • Develop Project Schedule
  • Define target (cost & quality)
  • Populate Risk Management Plan
  • Prepare and Facilitate Project Plan Events

➔ Influences cross-functionally to ensure smooth transition of projects to business owners

➔ Presents project status with recommendations to resolve issues and mitigate risks.

➔ Embraces opportunities to reduce complexity and inherent risk

➔ Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis including management of project risks. Develops plans to mitigate risks and resolve issues

➔ Manages tradeoffs to ensure optimal results are achieved

➔ Voice of the project – central point of contact, leadership reviews

What you need to succeed

Must have

Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering or a related field.

Professional Experience:2-3 year experience in System integration & Project Management. Proven experience in project planning, execution and controlling of major projects, coordinator and mediator between the various stakeholders: R&D, marketing, factory, supplier, procurement, logistics, risk management analysis.

Languages:Italian / English

Soft skills:

  • Ability to work in team and conflict management;
  • Communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Comfort with ambiquity;
  • Relationship building

Nice to have

White goods experience – Washing products (Washing, Dish, Dryers) Knowledge
