Process Analyst (Financial Services)


Processes & On Off-Boarding Team is in charge of

– Process analysis, design and mapping
– Onboarding & offboarding activities for the LDI operations perimeter
– Coordinate and maintain the drafting of documentation relating to the analysis and mapping of processes
– Coordinate activities in the on-boarding and off-boarding phases of clients and portfolios within the Company operative systems, including those relating to first level anti-money laundering
– Perform first level activities related to Anti-Money Laundering monitoring
– Update the “Archivio Unico Informatico” both for the retail clients of the funds and institutional clients of individual portfolios

The candidate will be part of a team which deals with the design and governance of the operational processes for the COO Area. Activities s/he will be Responsible for are:

– Verifying the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes and their consistency and proposing the redesign and innovation of processes where necessary
– Designing new operating model of the processes resulting from the development of the company, of its internal and external clients or resulting from the implementation of mandatory regulatory changes
– Maintaining the inventory of all the documents to promptly involve the stakeholders for the periodic update
– Coordinating the meetings with the Stakeholders each time identified in the issue to be managed
– Analysing issues each time the Stakeholders will ask for support in solving the criticalities of the process

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

– Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics or related disciplines
– Background in organizational projects in a plus
– Experience of organizational models and organizational analysis methodologies (example: Lean, Six Sigma, Pareto Analysis, Root cause analysis)
– Fluency in Italian and English
– Minimum two years’ experience in financial services consulting firms or in the Organization Area of Financial Institutions
– Process analysis and projects management
– Knowledge of analysis and implementation of new organizational models
– Knowledge of organizational analysis methodologies (i.e. Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Map)
– Attention to details
– Result oriented
– Ability to analyze and summarize
– Problem solving
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Teamworking
