Job Description
We are looking for an IT Application Demand Manager / Project Management Office (PMO) who will be responsible for the management of the relationship with Group Head Office Corporate Functions. The Application Demand Manager / PMO aims the value co-creation along with customers, focusing on understanding business need, supporting Corporate Functions in initiatives planning and constantly maintaining the financial view.

Main Responsibilities:

Main interface with the customer for the collection of needs
Guarantees the alignment of the Group Head Office project portfolio to global business priorities
Periodically reviews the Group Head Office IT project portfolio in order to optimally balance profitability, growth and sustainability aspects
Maintains a proactive relationship with the Corporate Functions for the shaping of IT Strategy
Organizes periodical reviews with Corporate Functions, focusing on plan execution and financial updates
Executes the demand process, keeping updated all related information (status, financials)
Collects future needs and define the budget plan for project/initiatives
Keeps updated the Project Portfolio, including financial figures (actual, forecast)
Act as PMO during periodical review activities (data collection, consolidation, alignment meetings)
PM for cross functional projects of internal transformation
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Min 3 years of similar experience in an International context
Degree in ITC/Engineering
Past experience in software development and architectures and/or IT Infrastructure are considered a plus
Familiarity with IT General Controls and Risk Management frameworks
Good knowledge on accounting management of IT services
