What you will do  

We are looking for a Global Indirect Procurement Buyer Intern to join us.  Specifically, the candidate will carry out, among others, the following activities:
Definition of procurement and purchasing strategies in relation to the optimization of the quality / cost ratio;
Management of the relationship with internal stakeholders for a proactive definition of operational business needs;
RFQ management in collaboration with the company functions concerned, carrying out scouting of suppliers, communication management, evaluation of the offers received, definition of project deliverables, SLA and penalties;
Drafting of contracts in collaboration with the legal department and issuance of orders in the company ERP;
Identification of new suppliers to strategically increase the supply base;
Analysis of purchase costs and preparation of reports that highlight the KPIs of the nature of the expenses assigned to him/her;
Archiving of documentation relating to offers, negotiations and existing contracts and the related terms of expiry, renewal, and cancellation of the same.

Who we are looking for 

Student or neo graduate in engineering, management, economics or similar fields;
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English and Italian
Good knowledge of Excel.

We offer a six-month paid internship
800 euro/month, meal tickets, smart working, company pc
