Job Description
The job holder will be involved in the following activities:

Coordinate the full ORSA process for all the Company of Country Italia, managing relation with risk local, risk Group and external stakeholder;
Coordinate the Pillar III Activity for what concerns risk topics managing relation with risk local, risk Group and external stakeholder;
Support the Calculation of SCR under Standar Formula Framework for all the Company of Country Italia;
Support the Calculation of Lac DT under Internal Model ad Standard Formula framework;
Partecipate and coordinate at risk level special project activity.
Requirements

Quantitative university background (Actuarial, Statistics, Maths, Economics) with at least a Master’s degree;
At least 2 years of experience in actuarial field and/or risk management, with preference of Life background;
Knowledge of the insurance business and insurance risk management, valuation and risk measurement in Solvency 2;
Excellent analytical thinking;
Ability to work independently without close supervision, self-motivated, proactive personality able to anticipate needs, driven and task oriented and able to deliver in time under pressure;
Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills to work in a dynamic and multicultural team;
Strong verbal and written communication skills and fluent in English (B2 minimum), additional languages (Italian, French) would be an advantage;
Very good knowledge of MS Office, previous experience with R language would be an advantage.
