What you will do
We are actively seeking a DT Business Analyst with a strong sense of ownership to spearhead transformative initiatives within Retail Execution, Digital Marketing, and Commercial Solutions. In this influential role, you will not only lead but take ownership in digital transformation initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users to optimize the functionality of commercial tools. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in the evolution of PIM (Product Information Management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management), addressing a crucial aspect of the Digital Transformation Program.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven background in business, functional and technical analysis in digital and commercial areas, coupled with a focus on ownership and PIM/DAM evolution. Bringing a wealth of experience, you will define and optimize processes within the dynamic landscapes of Retail Execution, Digital Marketing, and Commercial Solutions.
As a key player in our digital journey, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing strategic initiatives that align seamlessly with the unique dynamics of our business. Your role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that digital strategies are not only aligned with overarching business goals but also contribute significantly to the organization’s growth and success.
Strategic Definition with Ownership:
- Craft and lead strategic initiatives with a strong sense of ownership, aligning with the unique dynamics of Retail Execution, Digital Marketing, and Commercial Solutions, and driving the evolution of PIM and DAM.
Process Optimization and PIM/DAM Evolution:
- Define and optimize end-to-end processes within Retail Execution, Digital Marketing, and Commercial Solutions, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow with a focus on ownership and PIM/DAM evolution.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and innovation, particularly emphasizing the evolution of PIM and DAM.
- Evaluate, enhance, and evolve the technological architecture supporting Retail Execution, Digital Marketing, and Commercial Solutions, emphasizing PIM and DAM improvements
Retail Execution & Commercial Excellence:
- Drive initiatives to streamline retail execution processes, optimize inventory management, and ensure a frictionless customer journey.
- Leverage digital tools and analytics to enhance in-store experiences and overall operational efficiency.
Sales Force Automation (SFA):
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of Sales Force Automation processes, ensuring technological solutions effectively support B2B sales activities.
Customer Experience (B2C):
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement digital strategies that enhance the customer experience in the B2C context, contributing to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Digital Marketing Innovation:
- Develop and implement cutting-edge digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and conversion across various channels.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing campaigns, enhance personalization, and maximize ROI.
- Lead eCommerce initiatives, optimizing the online shopping experience for both B2B and B2C customers.
Collaboration and Synergy:
- Foster collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, digital marketing and IT, to ensure a unified approach to digital transformation.
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within Retail Execution, Digital Marketing, and Commercial Solutions.
- Ensure projects are delivered within established timelines and budgetary constraints.
What you need to succeed
- Extensive experience with Salesforce administration and configuration, including knowledge of declarative features (e.g., workflows, process builders, validation rules).
- Proven experience in defining and optimizing processes within Retail Execution, Digital Marketing, and eCommerce.
- In-depth knowledge of Sales Force Automation (SFA) processes and familiarity with B2B and B2C industry dynamics.
- Advanced knowledge of Digital Technology and its application in B2B and B2C contexts.
- Project management expertise, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Technical background in Information Technology or a related field.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent).
Professional Experience: Proven experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and customer experience enhancement.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective engagement with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the entire Salesforce suite (SFA, eCommerce, Core).
- Experience in implementing and utilizing PIM (Product Information Management), DAM (Digital Asset Management), and Channel Integrator systems.
