What you will do

  • Analyze and monitor the cost of the product, using company management systems (SAP)
  • Define the target cost through cost estimation
  • collaborate with the R&D team in the implementation of new technical solutions
  • Analysis and comparison BOM Cost vs Target Cost
  • Product Cost Tracking and Estimation
  • BOM change monitoring
  • Std Cost definition and implementation
  • Set cost targets for new & modified purchased components/systems
  • Make Cost estimation of the components/systems
  • Analysis and comparison with of supplier’s price breakdown
  • Competitor benchmark cost estimation and Teardown
  • Implement and maintain Cost Databases
  • Identify potential cost optimization opportunities and support the technical cost reduction activities



What you need to succeed

  • Previous experience in Product Costing
  • Product Cost Knowledge
  • SAP knowledge
  • Excellent Software Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Fluent Italian
  • English: Good Knowledge
  • Analytical and methodological approach
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Enthusiasm and curiosity
  • Accuracy
  • Open-mindedness
  • Good communication
